Ishwar Singh Sangwan explains this event himself: Today (28/10/2023), Worthy Commissioner of police, Delhi felicitated the team of South District, which was instrumental in solving ‘Soumya Murder Case’, ‘Jigasa murder case’ and other important cases under the supervision of the then DCP South, Sh. HGS Dhaliwal IPS. I really thank Sh. HGS Dhaliwal IPS Spl CP sir, who was kind enough to organise this function and made us feel proud to be part of his team.
