Georgians Annual Alumni Lunch 2019 at Manekshaw Center

Dear Georgians,

1. It’s my pleasure to inform you that the day for Georgians Annual Alumni Lunch 2019 and Release of the SCTB (School Coffee Table Book) has been decided for Saturday, 11 May 2019.

2. The venue is Manekshaw Center, Delhi Cantonment.

3. General V K Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd.) Minister of State for External Affairs has kindly accepted to be the Chief Guest. It may be known that his father, Colonel Jagat Singh, is an Alumni of our school. (Roll No. 174; 1934-38)

4. While the detailed program will be intimated soon, the major activities planned on the occasion are:

1. Registration on arrival and Release of the SCTB (School Coffee Table Book) in ASHOKA Hall.
2. Presentation of Cheque by the batch of 1968, the Golden Jubilee batch of 2018 and felicitation of distinguished beneficiaries.
3. Group photo of all attendees.
4. Interaction and pre-lunch drinks in Banquet Hall.
5. Lunch in the main Dining Hall.

5. A preparatory mtg of the EC / OB and Volunteer Georgians is scheduled to be held at 1645 on Sat, 06 Apr at EME Officers Mess. All volunteer Georgians are requested to attend.

6. Outstation Georgians desirous to seek local help for accommodation may please project their requirement to the Addl. Secy., Mr. Ravindra Kajla on his mobile: 9136001114

7. The Treasurer is requested to deposit the advance Booking amount with the Manekshaw Center and confirm Saturday, 11 May 2019 as our firm date.
